Special Capabilities

We have achieved hardness of 55 HRC upto required length on shaft made up of low carbon stainless steel(has no carbon) by modifying heat treatement process.

We have achieved the Ra value less than 8 micro inch on the case hardened surface having hardness of 55-60 HRC made from alloy steel AISI 4140 with confirmed MPI test.

We have also developed customised non ferrous material melting furnace for precise & delicate parts as required by client.

We are controlling & measuring the surface roughness of parts right from rough machining process to end product as per client requirement.

For identification & Control on whole process we use color coding method for raw material recognization & ERP software called TFAT for organized control system.

Uday Engineering works have a high end workshop with latest instruments for accuracy and production.
